You'll lead a global deal strategy team, enabling large, strategic opportunities for MongoDB's sales organization. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as key enabler for non-standard and complex deals
• Optimize deal cycle times, revenue, margin, and market share
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and adherence to guidelines
• Improve sales cycle and quote-to-cash processes

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years software industry experience in Deal Strategy/Deal Desk/Finance/Sales Ops
• 2+ years people management experience with a player-coach mindset
• Degree in Business or Finance and/or MBA
• Knowledge of software revenue recognition principles

• Excellent eye for business and commercial negotiations
• Strong analytical skills and practical judgment
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Salesforce
