Description

You will support daily operations by performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on utility processing equipment systems, including HVAC, boilers, chillers, water purification systems, and pumps. You'll work collaboratively with engineering, quality, and operations teams in a cGMP environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English reading and writing
• Minimum 3 years facilities maintenance experience
• Familiarity with powered and manual hand tools
• Ability to operate various meters and provide responsive customer support

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on HVAC, boilers, chillers, AHUs, water purification systems, pumps, motors, compressors, and processing equipment
• Read and understand MEP drawings and schematics
• Gown in clean room attire for cGMP processing areas
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
• Participate in on-call rotation
