Description

Lead and grow a team of Enterprise Architects to drive AI-powered process intelligence for large clients. You will act as an executive sponsor, translate strategic goals into technical plans, and partner across sales, product, and engineering teams to achieve revenue goals.

Requirements

• 20+ years experience, including managing Enterprise Architects or technical teams at top consulting firm or software vendor.
• Proven strategic vision: ability to connect technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
• Excellent communication skills, with track record of complex negotiations and C-level presentations.
• Deep understanding of Capability Mapping, Enterprise Modernization, and Agentic AI.
• Strong background in Data Architecture, system integrations, data operations, and data-related languages (SQL, Python).

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise Architects defining architecture, data, and cloud strategy for largest client accounts.
• Act as executive sponsor in pre- and post-sales, presenting strategic visions to C-level executives and engaging with customer Architecture and security teams.
• Guide team to design architectures for enterprise modernization, capability mapping, and emergent technologies like Agentic AI.
• Serve as leadership bridge between Celonis product engineering and client teams to ensure premier technical services delivery.
• Oversee assessment of customer IT landscape maturity and coach account teams and partners on architecture, integration, and scalability.
