Description
You will support recruiting operations by coordinating interview schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring a first-class experience for candidates and interviewers. You'll also assist the Talent Development team to gain a broader view of HR functions.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or 4 years work experience
- Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in professional services
- Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) preferred
- Intermediate skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Schedule candidate interviews and manage logistics
- Post job postings and manage recruitment communications
- Track recruiting metrics in Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Coordinate background checks, onboarding, and manager assignments
- Support training programs and reconcile purchasing card charges
