You will support recruiting operations by coordinating interview schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring a first-class experience for candidates and interviewers. You'll also assist the Talent Development team to gain a broader view of HR functions.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or 4 years work experience
  • Minimum 1 year relevant work experience in professional services
  • Advanced Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables) preferred
  • Intermediate skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

  • Schedule candidate interviews and manage logistics
  • Post job postings and manage recruitment communications
  • Track recruiting metrics in Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
  • Coordinate background checks, onboarding, and manager assignments
  • Support training programs and reconcile purchasing card charges
