You'll be Venn's sole recruiter, owning full-cycle recruiting for a fast-growing B2B fintech with a focus on technical roles. You'll carry 6 active reqs at a time, partnering directly with founders and hiring managers. This role offers the chance to shape how a high-growth fintech scales its team from the ground up.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing for all open roles
- Source and close world-class technical talent
- Build and manage inbound and outbound pipelines
- Define role requirements with hiring managers and founders
๐ Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience operating independently with minimal oversight
- Proven track record hiring software engineers across different stacks
- Comfortable carrying 6+ reqs simultaneously
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience sourcing for fintech, SaaS, or high growth companies
- Experience with Ashby and Juicebox
