You'll be Venn's sole recruiter, owning full-cycle recruiting for a fast-growing B2B fintech with a focus on technical roles. You'll carry 6 active reqs at a time, partnering directly with founders and hiring managers. This role offers the chance to shape how a high-growth fintech scales its team from the ground up.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing for all open roles
  • Source and close world-class technical talent
  • Build and manage inbound and outbound pipelines
  • Define role requirements with hiring managers and founders

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience operating independently with minimal oversight
  • Proven track record hiring software engineers across different stacks
  • Comfortable carrying 6+ reqs simultaneously

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience sourcing for fintech, SaaS, or high growth companies
  • Experience with Ashby and Juicebox
