Description

You will design, build, and deploy automated fluids systems for Starship production testing. This involves taking problems from fundamentals to deployed solutions, including data acquisition, control systems, and full integration. Your work directly supports the goal of enabling human life on Mars.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, manufacturing engineering or other technical discipline
• Hands-on project experience with mechanical/electrical systems
• 2+ years of manufacturing design experience (preferred)
• 2+ years of professional experience in aerospace/mechanical/process engineering (preferred)
• Ability to work in outdoor environments, extended hours, and travel

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy automated/manual fluids systems for vehicle performance validation testing
• Design and deploy data acquisition and control systems for monitoring
• Own full integration, validation, and handoff to production of each test system
• Perform detailed fluids analysis to characterize and troubleshoot expected design performance
• Develop timelines and communicate project progress
