Description

As a Care Coach at Charlie Health, you will engage clients in 1:1 peer discussions to support their treatment goals, provide skill-based interventions, conduct risk screenings, and help maintain engagement in programming. You'll play a key role in expanding access to mental health care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field, or relevant certifications
• Previous experience working with young adults and adolescents in individual and group settings preferred
• 1+ years experience as mental health peer support, mentor, skills trainer, or mental health associate preferred
• Must reside in Oregon
• Available minimum 10 hours/week, working 3 days/week for 3-3.5 hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in 1:1 peer discussions via secure platforms to align treatment goals and attendance
• Provide skill-based interventions to stabilize clients in moments of heightened stress
• Conduct risk screenings and safety planning, escalating to crisis clinicians as needed
• Remain a resource during programming to maintain engagement throughout treatment
