💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end customer implementations for FurtherAI's AI workflows in insurance. Your core impact is ensuring customers achieve rapid, measurable value while shaping scalable delivery processes from the ground up.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead kickoff calls and workshops with customer stakeholders
• Manage project plans, timelines, and implementation milestones
• Partner with engineering to scope integrations and troubleshoot issues
• Build training programs and drive user adoption

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience leading customer implementations or enterprise deployments
• Strong project management skills for complex engagements
• Excellent presentation skills with executive audiences
• MBB consulting background (McKinsey, BCG, Bain)

• Insurance industry experience
