💼 About This Role

You'll drive end-to-end delivery of Flutter-based mobile applications for a globally scaled social discovery platform used by millions. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, secure features and shape technical decisions. This fully remote role offers the chance to work on a globally recognized product focused on meaningful connections.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of business features from design to production.
• Design and implement scalable Flutter-based mobile applications.
• Review technical specifications and present architectural decisions.
• Develop clean, modular, well-tested code and conduct peer reviews.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial experience with Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, widgets, navigation, and state management (Bloc, Riverpod, Provider).
• Experience building responsive UI components and high-performance mobile interfaces.
• Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic) and release processes.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with crash reporting tools (Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry).
• Exposure to app store deployment and native Android/iOS integrations.
