Description

As a Capture Strategist for the U.S. Army, you will lead market analysis, develop capture strategies, and write compelling proposals to secure new business opportunities in defense. You'll collaborate with engineering and BD teams to align product roadmaps with customer needs and grow revenue for a cutting-edge defense tech company.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience with U.S. Army (industry or government)
• Strong understanding of FAR and federal procurement process
• Experience writing federal proposals and capturing multi-million-dollar awards
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis for U.S. Army opportunities
• Develop capture plans and win themes for proposals
• Attend customer meetings, industry days, and conferences
• Translate customer priorities into product roadmap requirements
• Lead proposal development and write compelling RFx content
