You'll drive adoption and retention of Humata Health's solutions, ensuring customers achieve their strategic goals. You'll collaborate with internal teams to improve user experience and product performance.

  • Own and nurture relationships with assigned customers

  • Deliver reports and presentations highlighting outcomes and ROI

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or consulting, preferably in healthcare or technology
  • Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficient in PowerBI and data analytics
