Description

As a Senior Manager at Capgemini Invent, you will lead digital transformation projects in procurement and supply management for direct materials, working with interdisciplinary teams to solve complex client challenges. You'll manage executive-level client relationships, develop market-oriented services, and drive innovation in the automotive sector.

Requirements

• Completed university degree with several years of relevant professional experience and budget responsibility in consulting or international automotive companies (OEM, Tier-1)
• Experience leading interdisciplinary teams in procurement and supply management for direct materials
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor across all hierarchy levels
• Knowledge of automotive procurement processes and interfaces with development, SCM/assembly, and quality
• Very good German and English language skills, flexibility and willingness to travel
