Description
As a Senior Analyst on the Supply Analytics team, you will deliver data-driven insights to optimize Agoda's supply ecosystem. You will partner with stakeholders on the ground, use SQL and analytics to uncover growth opportunities, and drive strategic decisions through rigorous analysis and automation.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years experience in consulting/strategy/analytics analytics
- Advanced SQL and Excel skills (INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, complex models)
- Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative field
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Data-driven with ability to thrive in ambiguous fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Translate complex stakeholder needs into data projects and hypothesis testing
- Analyze data from large-scale warehouses and present statistical insights to business stakeholders
- Proactively identify growth opportunities within supply and wider business
- Drive analytical initiatives to improve organizational efficiency and shape Agoda supply
- Automate manual operational processes and quantify time savings
