💼 About This Role

You'll assist students with diverse needs in accessing the general education curriculum, working one-on-one or in small groups. You'll build meaningful relationships with referred students to improve their behavior, educational performance, and social relationships. This role is essential to maintaining a low student-teacher ratio at a forward-thinking charter school.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Work one-on-one with students with mild/moderate behavioral or academic needs
• Assist with instruction and supervision of students with learning differences
• Monitor student progress and provide input for evaluation
• Perform clerical support duties including typing and record-keeping

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED and Associate's degree (or 48 eligible college units)
• Experience in a school/learning environment preferred
• Experience with ABA strategies preferred
• Experience with student medical needs preferred
