💼 About This Role

You'll work with classroom instructors to support students in a school setting, providing targeted teaching and general support for all grade levels. You'll manage behaviors and ensure safety in small self-contained rooms, making a direct impact on high-risk special needs students. This role offers a stable school calendar with direct hire and no annual contract.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage classroom behaviors and implement behavioral program policies.
• Assist in prevention and management of behavioral incidents.
• Provide general supervision of students inside the school.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide interventions.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Sociology, Social Work, or related field.
• Substitute Teacher Certificate required.
• At least 23 years of age.
• Ability to work with high-risk special needs students.
