💼 About This Role

You'll work on high-impact mass tort litigation, handling cases from early development through trial. You'll gain hands-on responsibility and exposure to complex litigation strategy. This role offers the chance to collaborate with experienced trial lawyers on cases that make a meaningful difference.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and develop claims on behalf of injured clients
• Review and synthesize medical records and case files
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and legal memoranda
• Manage written discovery and large-scale document review processes

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from accredited law school
• Active bar license in good standing (IL, DC, or FL preferred)
• 3-5 years experience in complex litigation
• Strong legal research and writing skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in mass torts, product liability, or personal injury litigation
• Familiarity with multidistrict litigation or class actions
• Experience reviewing and analyzing medical records
