💼 About This Role

You'll join Better Life Partners to provide whole-person care to individuals struggling with addiction, treating substance use disorders through medication-assisted treatment and collaborating with a behavioral health team. You'll work in a hybrid model combining telehealth and in-person care at partner sites across New Hampshire. This role offers the chance to make a tangible impact in underserved communities while growing with a rapidly scaling organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform medical evaluations and initiate medications for OUD and AUD.
• Diagnose and treat medical and mental health complaints at primary/urgent care level.
• Co-facilitate group therapy and medical education meetings with a licensed counselor.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on case management and care coordination.

📋 Requirements

• New Hampshire License as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Active DEA registration in state of licensure.
• Several years of experience in addiction medicine, psychiatry, primary, or urgent care.
• Willingness to travel locally within New Hampshire for in-person member visits.

• Additional state licenses in Vermont, Massachusetts, or Maine.
• Comfort managing mental health conditions.
• Ability to work 32-40 hours weekly.
