💼 About This Role

You'll lead mechanical design for V1 products at a sleep fitness company, driving electromechanical systems from concept to production. Your core impact will be shaping product architecture and ensuring manufacturability at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and design complex electromechanical systems with plastic, metal, and soft goods
• Drive designs from concept through prototyping, testing, and production ramp in Asia
• Solve cross-functional problems with electrical, software, reliability, and manufacturing teams
• Perform thermal, fluid, and structural analysis to meet product goals

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of consumer product design experience
• Experience shipping high-volume consumer products with manufacturing support in Asia
• Highly proficient with 3D modeling (e.g. Solidworks, NX, Creo)
• BSME or equivalent

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of injection molding, sheet metal forming, and sensor/electronics integration
• Experience with DFM/DFA, tolerance analysis, GD&T
• Root cause analysis and DOE methodologies
