💼 About This Role

You'll lead the enablement vision and strategy at BuildOps, a high-growth SaaS startup building operational software for commercial contractors. You'll own the BuildOps Academy and partner with revenue, customer success, and AI teams to drive adoption and performance. This role offers the chance to build a function from the ground up at a $1B valued company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define multi-year enablement vision and strategic roadmap with senior leaders
• Execute BuildOps Academy strategy to reduce time-to-value and accelerate adoption
• Lead and develop a team of enablement managers and analysts
• Own and maintain LMS (Docebo) as source of truth for enablement content
• Embed AI into enablement content creation and measurement

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in enablement or learning development
• 2+ years in a leadership role managing a team
• Hands-on experience with an LMS, including curriculum design and governance
• Proven track record building and scaling enablement programs in high-growth SaaS

• Familiarity with AI-powered enablement tooling
• Docebo experience strongly preferred
