Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in design, technical writing, or related field or equivalent experience
• 7+ years experience in user-focused product conversation and content design
• Experience shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI product flows
• Strong portfolio demonstrating content design, design thinking, and product strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead conversation design and strategy for multi-agent AI powered Pinterest Business Assistant
• Act as the voice of the user, leveraging research to inform AI assistant design
• Drive improvements in prompt and skill management from conception to production
• Collaborate cross-functionally to establish conversational, cohesive experiences
• Apply systematic thinking to create scalable, consistent design patterns
