You'll be the face of Curaleaf, helping customers explore cannabis products and delivering top-tier service. You'll build trust by recommending items, handling purchases, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Greet and assist guests to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Build connections, ask questions, and offer personalized product advice.
• Handle cash, process transactions, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support inventory tasks like restocking and fulfilling online orders.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of customer-facing or sales experience.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights.
