You'll process construction loan final draw and floatdown documentation at Banner Bank, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Your work directly supports secondary market requirements and regulatory compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Obtain documentation and approvals for loan extensions.
• Prepare and process modification and extension documents for construction loans.
• Calculate and apply extension fees and submit invoices.
• Monitor draw portfolio and process final draws and modifications.

📋 Requirements

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of mortgage servicing or banking experience
• Knowledge of real estate loan forms and documents
• Ability to understand and apply regulatory changes
