Requirements

• Active RN license
• Associate's degree or higher in nursing or related healthcare field
• Clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or community health settings
• Clear communication with ability to show reasoning

Responsibilities

• Converse with AI model on clinical scenarios and nursing judgment questions
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses
• Capture reproducible error traces
