You'll support the Incentive Compensation team by administering monthly commissions, updating compensation plans, and responding to inquiries. Your work will directly improve sales operations efficiency through data analysis and process enhancements. This role offers exposure to enterprise-level systems and a collaborative culture.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Respond to commissions-related inquiries and escalate complex issues.
- Support monthly commissions process including data gathering and statement delivery.
- Write and maintain team SOPs and suggest process improvements.
- Assist with implementation of system enhancements for sales processes.
๐ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Expert knowledge of Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Ability to analyse data and critique processes.
