Description

You will lead the finance team and contribute hands-on to strategic financial planning, analysis, and operations. You'll develop financial strategies, oversee reporting, manage budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive business decisions at a mission-driven human services software company.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of finance experience with 3-5 years in leadership
• B2B SaaS experience and experience in P/E or VC-backed firm
• Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies
• Strong analytical skills in financial planning, analysis, and reporting
• Proficiency in financial modeling and financial software

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Marketing
• Own financial models including forecast and budget
• Oversee preparation of financial reports and monitor performance
