Description

You will own and execute Giga's strategy to become the preferred AI infrastructure, site development, and colocation partner for hyperscalers and enterprise AI operators. This is a market-making role where you'll build and lead a team, develop commercial frameworks, and close landmark agreements that position Giga as the infrastructure backbone of the AI era.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in data center sales, leasing, colocation, or infrastructure solutions
• Track record of closing large, complex enterprise or hyperscale deals
• Deep knowledge of data center fundamentals (power, cooling, connectivity)
• Proven experience building and leading business development teams
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and revenue forecasts

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end go-to-market strategy for AI data center leasing and turnkey development solutions
• Build, hire, and lead a team of Business Development Managers
• Develop and implement repeatable deal frameworks including pricing models, term structures, and SLA standards
• Establish KPIs, revenue targets, and performance dashboards
• Serve as executive relationship owner for largest strategic customers
