Description

You will lead the Platform Products team at Cribl, building foundational features and services that define the managed experience. Your work will empower other product teams to ship and monetize their products seamlessly, while you own the customer journey across billing, workspaces, and notifications.

Requirements

• 2+ years as Engineering Manager or Technical Lead focused on product-facing platforms or SaaS foundations
• Hands-on technical leadership comfortable guiding architecture, reviewing code, and unblocking complex challenges
• Strong technical foundation as a Tech Lead or Staff+ engineer building backend systems with TypeScript and Node.js
• Product-minded leadership with a track record of shipping customer-facing features quickly and iteratively
• Operational mindset with deep experience running production systems with on-call rotations

Responsibilities

• Build and grow exceptional engineering teams through recruiting, mentoring, and retaining top talent
• Deliver product features quickly via iterative design-to-production cycles without sacrificing quality
• Collaborate across engineering and product teams to build foundations like billing and workspaces
• Own the managed product customer journey, including domain areas such as Billing, Workspaces, and Notifications
• Champion operational excellence with robust observability and reliability for customer-facing services
