💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end product management for ecosystem integrations at Cloudinary, from partner discovery to delivery and post-launch. You'll define the integration roadmap and drive both exploratory prototypes and scalable enterprise workstreams. This role sits at the technical and commercial center of a strategic growth lever, enabling Cloudinary to be the single source of truth for media.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define integration scope, success criteria, and adoption plans with partners.
• Design integration API, contract requirements, error modes, and runbooks.
• Run fast prototypes and experiments, then operationalize proven integrations.
• Select and manage delivery models: internal, outsourced, or agentic approaches.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with direct experience building integrations or partner products.
• Strong technical fluency in APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and data models.
• Proven track record delivering through outsourced vendors, including scoping and contract management.
• Experience working with ISVs and SIs in DAM, CMS, PIM, or MarTech ecosystems.

• Director-level experience coordinating across Product, Platform, and R&D.
• Experience supporting GTM plans and partner enablement.
