You'll lead engineering teams at Relay, a logistics startup scaling faster than 99.98% of ventures. You'll set direction, coach engineers, and ensure reliable delivery, while staying close to the codebase. This role offers impact on a mission to free commerce from friction, backed by Europe's largest logistics Series A.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach engineering team to execute reliably
• Review code, pair on complex problems, step in on critical work
• Turn ambiguity into plans and ensure delivery with real-world impact
• Raise standards across velocity, quality, and incident response

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years managing or leading engineering teams
• Strong technical fundamentals in backend systems
• Experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
