• Support interview scheduling across multiple time zones
• Maintain ATS systems and candidate pipelines
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain People data and documentation

📋 Requirements

• 1-3+ years in People Operations or HR coordination
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• High ownership mindset with ability to work independently
• Comfortable in async remote-first environments
