You'll provide first-line technical support to employees and set up AV systems for company events. This internship offers hands-on experience in IT operations and live event support in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide first-line technical support via Slack, Jira, or walk-ins
• Set up and configure laptops, peripherals, and user accounts
• Set up and operate AV systems for company events and Town Halls
• Manage AV components and conduct pre-event checks

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in IT or related field
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and networking fundamentals
• Strong interest in IT operations and AV technologies

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Jira Service Management and Google Workspace
• Experience with collaboration tools like Zoom and Google Meet
