You'll lead a team of inbound SDRs responsible for converting demo requests and free trials into qualified pipeline for North America and Latin America. Your core impact will be optimizing inbound conversion KPIs and driving AI-powered workflow automation to free SDRs for high-value buyer conversations. This role stands out for its focus on modernizing inbound motion with agentic AI workflows.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Lead and develop a team of inbound SDRs.
- Own inbound conversion KPIs and funnel performance.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to optimize funnel.
- Refine qualification frameworks for demo and trial conversions.
๐ Requirements
- 2+ years managing an inbound SDR team.
- Experience with marketing-qualified lead conversion and trial motions.
- Strong knowledge of inbound lead management best practices.
- High proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
โจ Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Portuguese.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity, IAM, or device management.
- Experience with AI-assisted revenue workflows.
