You will lead a small senior team and translate complex operational insights into scalable product value. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product vision and roadmap with executive leadership
• Lead and develop a small senior product team
• Translate complex technical and data-driven insights into scalable products
• Evaluate and refine boundary between product features and service workflows
• Drive evidence-based product decisions using customer feedback and business impact

📋 Requirements

• Domain experience in energy systems (utility-scale storage, grid operations, etc.)
• Proven experience building or managing analytics-driven products with data pipelines
• Ability to engage credibly with highly technical stakeholders
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments with non-standard product/service boundaries

✨ Nice to Have

• Background in B2B SaaS product development
• Experience identifying and productizing service workflows
• 3-4 years in management consulting or strategy with energy focus
