You'll define and deliver system-level architecture for Agility's humanoid robot platform, focusing on functional safety requirements integration. You'll bring clarity to complex safety-critical systems at a fast-moving startup. This role blends safety rigor with the agility needed to ship products.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define system and subsystem architectures with embedded functional safety.
• Decompose detailed, verifiable requirements in Jama for V&V teams.
• Lead development of Interface Control Documents for HW/SW interfaces.
• Align system requirements with test plans for safety system coverage.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years Systems Engineering in safety-critical domains.
• 3+ years functional safety projects using standards like ISO 13849.
• Experience leading system-level integration and requirements management.
• Safety lifecycle expertise including hazard analysis methods.

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Systems Engineering or related field.
• Experience with collaborative or mobile robotics in industrial environments.
• Background in AI/ML safety considerations for autonomous systems.
