🎯 What You'll Do

• Own delivery and quality of services for billions of ad impressions
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams to define technical strategy
• Guide technical architecture for scalability and cost-efficiency
• Build and nurture a high-performing engineering team

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Hands-on experience with Java, Golang, or Python
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices
