Description

You will shape the customer integration journey by acting as the 'first user'—testing APIs and ensuring documentation accuracy for advanced payments products. You'll drive adoption through clear integration guides while managing documentation as code alongside engineering.

Requirements

• 8+ years as a Technical Writer documenting complex enterprise fintech or payments software
• Deep experience documenting API-level reference materials (REST, gRPC, FIX) and UI guides
• Proficiency with docs-as-code workflow, Git, Redocly, and OpenAPI Specification tools
• Experience with cross-border payments, banking technology, or cryptocurrency/blockchain preferred
• Programming or development experience (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Author and maintain API and UI documentation for payments platform (REST, gRPC, FIX, web/application UIs)
• Maintain documentation using docs-as-code workflow and Git
• Build and optimize documentation tooling and automation using Redocly and OpenAPI Specification
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Partner Engineers to gather information and set standards
