💼 About This Role

You'll join Zipline's flight test team to test new and existing drone systems, ensuring safety and reliability. Your work will directly impact the availability of medical supplies for patients worldwide. You'll operate at a global scale in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assembling, preflighting, launching, and recovering unmanned aircraft
• Maintaining the existing fleet of aircraft and ground equipment
• Running tests to validate system improvements and new technology
• Performing tests and demonstrations for FAA Type Certification

📋 Requirements

• Experience in commercial aviation or aviation maintenance
• Prior flight test or hobbyist flight experience with UAS
• Comfortable with electromechanical build and repair projects
• Ability to lift up to 25kg objects regularly

• Experience with Unix/Linux command line
• Experience with camera systems and aerial photography
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
