💼 About This Role

You'll shape how users experience AI-powered technology by owning key product areas and leading discovery and design efforts. You'll collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, and designers on meaningful projects where design directly influences product direction. Your work will be both strategic and hands-on in a growing, user-centric design team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead discovery, research, ideation, prototyping, and design initiatives.
• Partner with PMs and developers to transform insights into impactful solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, customer interviews, and collaborative design sessions.
• Advocate for user-centered design practices throughout product delivery.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products across the full lifecycle.
• Experience leading user research and turning insights into product decisions.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading workshops and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong storytelling and communication skills to explain design decisions to diverse audiences.
