You'll lead the full marketing growth engine at Kindred, a home swapping platform, owning paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and new channel development. You'll build systems that turn awareness into participation and design lifecycle journeys that improve activation and retention. This role offers the chance to scale a global community from 300k members across 150+ cities.

- Scale paid channels efficiently
- Design lifecycle journeys for activation, retention, referral
- Treat website as a product surface for conversion
- Establish growth operating rhythms and KPIs
๐ Requirements
- 12+ years in Marketing with focus on Growth
- 8+ years People Management experience
- Network or marketplace experience
- Experience with >$10m marketing budget
