You'll support both People Operations and recruiting in a remote-first, globally distributed team. You'll ensure hiring processes run smoothly and employee lifecycle operations are well-coordinated. This role offers exposure to recruiting workflows, onboarding, and internal People initiatives.

• Support interview scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Maintain ATS systems, job postings, and candidate pipelines.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain People data and documentation for accuracy.

📋 Requirements

• 1–3+ years in People Operations, HR coordination, or recruiting operations.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• High ownership mindset with a bias for action.
• Comfortable working in async, remote-first environments.
