💼 About This Role

You'll lead R&D for a spirituality brand with 70M+ users, managing multi-million dollar Meta Ads campaigns. You'll own new topic launches and drive positive unit economics. This role offers ownership of high-growth experiments within a top Ukrainian unicorn candidate.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns with multi-million dollar budgets
• Monitor key metrics: CPM, CPC, CTR, CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS, ARPPU
• Test creative concepts and analyze results for new directions
• Research competitors and implement relevant insights into campaigns

📋 Requirements

• 2.5+ years of experience in marketing
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Proficiency in Meta Ads platform management and optimization
• Analytical skills to independently identify growth opportunities

• Experience with spirituality or wellness products
• Knowledge of MarTech solutions development
