You'll proactively source and engage CEC accredited installers for Australia's leading home electrification company. Your work directly impacts installation capacity and company growth, ensuring timely project delivery across the nation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source and pipeline qualified solar and battery installers nationwide
• Negotiate installer rates and engagement terms within budget
• Support Installations Manager to identify and fill territory gaps
• Track pipeline, report hiring progress, and update onboarding

📋 Requirements

• 1-2+ years experience in Recruitment or Sales
• Experience recruiting within trades or technical industries highly regarded
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple territories simultaneously
• Confident negotiating rates or commercial terms
