💼 About This Role

You'll support corporate governance and secretarial needs for KKR's Insurance Business subsidiary and affiliates, working closely with legal and compliance teams in the US and Bermuda. This role is critical to upholding fiduciary standards and supporting boards of directors across the insurance platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Coordinate scheduling and convening of board and committee meetings
• Draft agendas, board packs, and meeting minutes
• Maintain corporate action calendar and governance frameworks
• Draft corporate resolutions and other formalities

📋 Requirements

• Paralegal certification or equivalent with 4+ years corporate governance experience
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or asset management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Experience with board portal systems (e.g., Diligent) and legal entity management

• Experience with legal entity management globally
• Familiarity with Computershare Global Entity Management software
