You'll support campus recruitment initiatives and talent management programs at Elk Valley Resources' steelmaking coal mines. You'll help develop training materials and analyze HR metrics using SuccessFactors and HRIS systems. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Support campus recruitment initiatives virtually and on-site
• Provide HRIS system support and answer system questions
• Develop visual and written communications for talent programs
• Assist with data preparation and validation for system separation

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize under pressure with attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with SuccessFactors, SAP, or Power BI
• Prior work experience
