You'll serve as the primary point of contact for teams navigating purchasing and contracting activities at Pinterest. You'll ensure purchases move quickly while remaining compliant with policies, using tools like Zip and Ironclad to manage workflows. This role offers a chance to work cross-functionally with Sourcing, Legal, and Finance to deliver a seamless user experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as front-line contact for employees initiating purchases or contracts.
• Review Zip intake submissions for completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure correct approvers and budget approvals are in place before contracts are signed.
• Identify process bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in procurement operations or related finance/operations function.
• Familiarity with end-to-end purchasing processes including intake, approvals, and payments.
• Strong attention to detail to review contracts and intake forms for completeness and policy alignment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with CLM tools like Zip and Ironclad.
• Understanding of core finance concepts including accounting and budgeting.
• Background in process design or continuous improvement.
