You will drive financial performance through data-driven insights, forecasting, and strategic analysis, partnering closely with operations and leadership to improve profitability and ensure financial discipline across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 4-7+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or similar role.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools a plus.
• Experience working cross-functionally with operations or business teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Analyze financial performance vs. budget/forecast and identify key drivers.
• Build dashboards and tracking tools for KPIs and present results to leadership.
• Partner with operations, marketing, and leadership to translate financial data into actionable insights.
• Build financial models for scenario planning, investment decisions, and ROI evaluation.
