You'll assess vehicle damage and determine cost-effective repair solutions for a self-insured fleet. You'll oversee the repair process across multiple channels and collaborate with a supportive team. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods
• Oversee repair process for self-insured fleet
• Prepare detailed assessment reports per claims protocols
• Negotiate repair scopes and costs with network repairers

📋 Requirements

• Trade qualification in motor repair industry (minimum 3+ years)
• Strong understanding of motor body repair industry
• Confident computer skills
• Ability to commute and work in Sydney CBD

• Experience with Panel Beating or Spray Painting
• Prior assessing experience
