🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute technical strategies for complex business challenges
• Establish guiding technical and delivery principles across engineering
• Mentor and guide engineers to foster engineering excellence
• Build partnerships across lines of business to align technical solutions

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack development
• Extensive experience with Java, Kotlin, or other OO languages
• Strong skills with React, REST, GraphQL and modern web/API standards
• Experience leading or influencing large cross-team platform initiatives

✨ Nice to Have

• Deep expertise in pricing systems or e-commerce tax management
• Track record of launching zero-to-one products
• Experience in both large tech organizations and startup environments
