You'll own pipe creation through paid channels for the North American market to speed up 360learning's growth. You'll manage budgets, optimize conversion funnels, and partner with BDRs to improve lead follow-up. This role offers autonomy to execute experiments and collaborate with a world-class demand generation team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create ads for search and paid social channels
• Define and monitor channel budgets
• Optimize every step of the conversion funnel
• Follow up with BDRs for qualitative insights

📋 Requirements

• SEM expertise with Google Ads
• Social expertise with LinkedIn and Facebook Ads
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on campaign management
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills
