💼 About This Role

You'll own the design and development of hardware through the entire engineering lifecycle, from concept to full rate production for autonomous maritime platforms. You'll innovate using sheet metal forming, machining, and welding while mentoring production teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design hardware through entire engineering lifecycle: design criteria, analysis, prototypes, validation.
• Develop mechanical solutions using sheet metal forming, machining, welding, fastening, bonding.
• Document designs using ASME Y14.5 GD&T standards.
• Perform stress and tolerance studies, develop test procedures and reports.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, or Naval Architecture.
• 2+ years designing, analyzing, and testing complex mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with CAD and FEA software such as SolidWorks and FEMAP.
• Experience with full product lifecycle from concept to production.
